Bring a skiing or snowboarding scene to life with this beginner-friendly embroidery kit from Hawthorn Handmade. It’s a creative project for winter sports fans, with the materials and guides to help you learn embroidery as you stitch.
The kit includes pre-printed 100% cotton fabric, DMC stranded cotton thread, a 7” wooden embroidery hoop, an embroidery needle, an illustrated guide to embroidery, and a detailed stitch and colour guide. You’ll learn how to prepare fabric in the hoop, use stranded cotton and work over six different stitches. Embroidery scissors or thread snips are also needed.
The box measures 20 × 20 × 2 cm; the hoop is 17.8 cm (7”) in diameter. The recyclable cardboard box has a small plastic window: remove the plastic before recycling. The kit contents contain no plastic.
The kit contains a sharp needle and we recommend adult supervision.
