Why We Love This Product
Make a festive Christmas tree brooch while learning the basics of felt craft, hand embroidery and appliqué. This beginner-friendly kit includes templates, colourful diagrams and step-by-step guidance, with more than five embroidery stitches to try, including French knots.
Inside you’ll find 10cm square sheets of wool-mix felt in assorted colours, DMC embroidery thread in assorted colours, an embroidery needle, pins, a brooch back, reusable templates, stitching and colour guides, and an “Introduction to Felt Craft” booklet. You’ll also need sharp scissors.
The finished brooch measures 8cm in diameter. You can follow the design or change the stitches and layout to make your own version. The finished piece can also be used as a patch, magnet, hair accessory or keychain, or as a card topper; a blank paper card is not included.
