No previous experience is needed, and the illustrated booklet guides you through embroidery basics, from preparing the fabric in the hoop to working with stranded cotton and satin stitch.
The kit is designed and made in rural Dorset. A beginner can expect to spend around 6–8 hours completing it.

You’ll also need embroidery scissors or thread snips. The box measures 11 × 11 × 3.5cm and is made from fully recyclable cardboard; the kit contains no plastic.
