Don't Worry

I wanted to combine my love of the vintage nostalgic seaside with my love of yoga, meditation, and well-being.  Sitting with your back to the sea and affirming to yourself that worry can take away today's peace and that your thoughts are not facts.  Grounding yourself at this moment to find an inner calm within yourself. 

In times of stress, we are often encouraged to pause for a moment and simply be in the 'now.'  This kind of mindfulness is an essential part of Indian Yoga traditions and has entered the mainstream as we try to find ways to combat stress and improve our quality of life.
