Agave nectar is much sweeter than maple syrup, which means that you will need only a small amount to get a similar level of sweetness as a large amount of maple syrup.
This natural sweetener has a mellow, sweet taste. Use to sweeten drinks, desserts, as a spread, or in cooking and baking as a substitute for sugar. Goes beautifully with pancakes and waffles.
