Organic Oat Miso (200g) + Oat Shoyu (100mL)
Crafted from Scottish oats and barrel-aged in oak casks for 3 months, this duo brings depth, umami, and gentle sweetness to any kitchen.
The Organic Oat Miso is rich, savoury, and subtly sweet — perfect whisked into soup (25g per 200mL hot water), or stirred into marinades, dressings, or even porridge for a savoury twist.
The Oat Shoyu is complex and full-bodied, blending Scottish oats with Carlin fox peas for a long, umami finish. Use it to lift stir-fries, dressings, or drizzle over vegetables and rice to unlock layers of deep flavour.

Oat Miso: Organic Scottish gluten-free oats (91%), sea salt, koji culture.
Oat Shoyu: Organic Scottish gluten-free oats (50%), organic Carlin fox peas, sea salt, koji culture.

Shelf Life: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening. Shelf-stable for 12 months from production.
