Why We Love This Product
Each round board is turned and hand-finished from a single piece of Mediterranean olive wood, so its swirling grain, amber tones and natural markings are unique. The solid, thick form makes it useful for everyday chopping and attractive for serving.
Use it for preparing or presenting cheese, bread, fruit, charcuterie and tapas. It can also serve as a trivet or a decorative piece. Choose from six diameters: 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 or 40 cm.
Care
- Hand wash only; do not soak or put in the dishwasher.
- Dry immediately after washing.
- Oil monthly with food-grade mineral oil or olive oil to help preserve the wood.
- Keep away from direct heat and sunlight.
