Why We Love This Product
With its dramatic swirling burl grain and natural live edge, this olive-wood board brings distinctive character to food preparation and serving. Each is made from a single slab, so the grain and knots are unique to that piece.
The freeform board has a carved juice groove and a round cut-out handle for lifting or hanging. Use it for chopping and carving, or serve cheese, antipasti and other food straight from the board. Choose from sizes 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75 or 80.
Care
- Hand wash only; do not soak or put in the dishwasher.
- Dry immediately after washing.
- Oil monthly with food-grade mineral oil or olive oil.
- Keep away from direct heat and sunlight.
