Care
- Hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher.
- Towel dry thoroughly immediately after washing.
- Keep away from direct stovetop heat, microwaves and harsh direct sunlight to help prevent drying or cracking.
- Every few weeks, lightly oil the wood with food-safe mineral oil or olive oil. You can also use a soft cloth to apply a neutral oil, then leave it to absorb for an hour.
