Hand-woven in Colombia from iraca leaf — a diamond weave at the centre, coiled green spirals marking the border, every strand placed by hand in a tradition that has been running through Andean craft for centuries.
The iraca palm grows in the high valleys of Colombia's Andes, and the weavers who create it have been doing so long enough that the technique has become masterful. JJ uses this set of 4 Iraca Placemats in a formal setting and for lunch in the garden.
