Sell With Us

Found in Britain is building a carefully selected community of independent makers and small businesses. The current shop already features genuine, well-considered products from real makers; as Found in Britain grows into a UK-wide destination, we're extending that same careful selection to new makers and small businesses beyond our original base.

Who it's for

We're looking for makers and small businesses who can offer:

  • Clear authorship. You designed it, or you have a genuine, accountable hand in how it's made — not just a supplier relationship with someone else's product.
  • Original products. Distinct, well-considered goods, not generic stock that's identical to what's already sold everywhere.
  • Reliable product information. You can describe what something is, what it's made from and how it should be cared for, accurately and consistently.
  • Readiness to fulfil orders. You can pack and dispatch directly to our customers as a reliable part of your own operation.
  • A meaningful business, making or material story. Something genuine behind the product that's worth telling a customer. A current link to Cornwall is not a requirement — we welcome makers and small businesses from anywhere in the UK.

What it's not for

To keep the shop meaning something, we don't work with:

  • Generic wholesale or catalogue-based products.
  • Resale with no creative input of your own.
  • Dropshipping or arbitrage.
  • Products that can't meet UK safety or labelling requirements.

How it works

Found in Britain is the retailer. We present and sell your products, and we own the customer relationship: one checkout, and one central support team handling any order query. You remain responsible for accurate product information and for fulfilling your own orders directly to our customers. We prefer to work through Shopify Collective, which lets us manage listings, inventory and fulfilment efficiently alongside yours; if you don't use Shopify, we can discuss a workable alternative. Our Supplier Terms and Conditions set out the full agreement between us — please read them before applying.

What you can expect from us

If we take your products on, you can expect considered presentation, clear communication throughout, and a genuinely selective review process — we'd rather have a shop that means something than one that's simply large. We can't promise a particular sales volume, marketing reach, acceptance, a timeline for onboarding, or a specific technical route to get you listed. Every maker's fit is assessed on its own terms, and applying does not guarantee acceptance.

Apply

If this sounds like a fit, we'd like to hear from you. Please read our Supplier Terms and Conditions first.
